آزمون شخصیت NEO PI-R که به آزمون 5 عامل بزرگ شخصیت (Big Five) معروف است از سوی مک ری و کاستا در اواخر دهه ی 80 و اوائل دهه 90 میلادی ارائه شد و محصول 4 دهه تلاش و کوشش در زمینه روانشناسی شخصیت است. این آزمون یکی از آزمونهای جامعی است که پنج جنبه یا محدوده ی اصلی شخصیت و ویژگی های مرتبط با این جنبه ها را می سنجد. این پنج جنبه یا عامل که درپنج شاخص های ازمون مورد بررسی قرار می گیرند، امکان بررسی جامعی از شخصیت افراد بالغ را فراهم می سازد. شاخص های آزمون:۱. بی ثباتی هیجانی یا عصبیت (Neuroticism )داشتن احساسات منفی همچون ترس، غم، برانگیختگی، خشم، احساس گناه، ا روانشناسي باليني،شناختی رفتاری...ادامه مطلب

اختلال اضطرابی فراگیر عبارتست از اضطراب و نگرانی مفرط درباره چندین واقعه یا فعالیت در اکثر اوقات روز و طی یک دوه لااقل 6 ماهه. نگرانی مزبور به سختی مهار می شود و با علایمی جسمی نظیر تنش عضلانی، برافروختگی، دشواری در خواب و بی قراری همراه است. اختلال اضطرابی فراگیر بیماری شایعی است؛ شیوع یک ساله آن بین 8 تا2 درصد است. احتمالاً شایعترین اختلالی که همزمان با اختلال روانی دیگر یافت می شود، اختلال اضطرابی فراگیر است. نسبت زن به مرد در این اختلال حدود 2 به 1 است. شیوع مادام العمر این اختلال45 درصد است. بیماران معمولاً در 30 تا 20 سالگی موردتوجه بالینگران واقع می روانشناسي باليني،شناختی رفتاری...ادامه مطلب

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy... is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes the important role of thinking in how we feel and what we do. Cognitive-behavioral therapy does not exist as a distinct therapeutic technique. The term "cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)" is a very general term for a classification of therapies with similarities. معیارهای تشخیصی DSM-5 برای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر (تعمیم یافته)،(منتشر) Generalized Anxiety Disorderپیش از این در مورد اختلال اضطراب فراگیر(تعمیم یافته) منتشر (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) مطالبی در سایت بصورت لاتین درج نمودم در صورت تمایل می توانیدازقسمت برچسب ها تحت عنوان GAD مشاهده فرمائید. امروز معیارهای تشخیصی DSM-5 را برای این اختلال نسبتا شایع را مطرح میکنم : A: اضطراب و نگرانی شدید و مفرط درباره تعدادی از رویدادها یا فعالیت ها (مثلا عملکرد شغلی یا تحصیلی) در اکثر روزهای هفته و به مدت حداقل ۶ ماه.
